B-Three Returns to TechVibe Radio

May 15, 2014

Whenever Chuck Summerville, B-Three’s Director of Sales & Marketing, appears on TechVibe Radio, listeners can be certain that the conversation will be lively and wide-ranging.

That was certainly the case on May 3rd, when Chuck sat down with TechVibe hosts Audrey Russo and Jonathan Kersting, of the Pittsburgh Technology Council, for a “what’s new with B‑Three Solutions” conversation.

Because Chuck has appeared on the program several times – and once served as a substitute co‑host – Audrey and Jonathan were already quite familiar with the approach that B-Three brings to software development projects:  a fixed fee, a fixed schedule, and a one-year warranty on the software developed.

That familiarity meant Chuck could focus on one specific aspect of B-Three’s methodology – building Quality Assurance (QA) into every stage of software development.  At B-Three, QA is not an add-on.  It is integral to the software development process.

Before long, the conversation turned to Taco Tuesday, a B-Three company tradition that takes place after work on the First Tuesday of the month. Prodded by the hosts, Chuck admitted to the existence of a mysterious “secret sauce.”

The discussion of the “secret sauce,” and the rest of the B-Three segment, can be heard online (http://www.talkshoe.com/talkshoe/web/audioPop.jsp?episodeId=857681&cmd=apop).

All of the broadcast segments are archived for online listening (http://www.talkshoe.com/tc/36639).  TechVibe Radio podcasts can also be found on iTunes.  Just search for “TechVibe Radio” under the Podcast section.

TechVibe Radio airs every Friday night at 7:00 on KDKA 1020 AM.  Audrey Russo and Jonathan Kersting of the Pittsburgh Technology Council (www.pghtech.org) interview local entrepreneurs, business leaders, and stakeholders behind the Pittsburgh region’s technology industry.  One of the other segments of the May 3rd program featured a special guest, Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald.
